1. I pray you ARE now using unit testing?
Sounds great on paper. I PRAY that you will start using Unit Testing or will we get another 2 years of cowboy coding leaving a feature-rich system, hacked by all and sundry to be too unreliable to use for much more than tweaking & fun. I'm interested to see the new video/music modules as the old ones were full of features so badly designed that I ended up using the music one as a simple file explorer to bypass all the bad code, and not using the video one at all! 
PS - are we still friends? :)
