• Seasonic is probably one of the highest quality brands when it comes to buying a PSU
• 80 Plus Gold Specification means it is highly efficent which equals less power usage and less heat generation
• Great PSU, it generates hardly any heat, so the PSU fan doesn't actually spin so it makes zero noise
• The PSU fan will come on at 50% load (eg. 280 Watts, however most HTPCs will only use ~150W)
• I'd recommend this PSU over the more expensive fanless X-400FL and X-460FL because if your HTPC does over heat the fan will start spinning.
• Fanless PSUs have to be orientated a certain way which won't suit  most HTPC cases.
• 160mm depth is larger than some other PSUs so make sure this will fit in your case.
