Description of Change
The XMLTV plugin used to import EPG listings without converting the channel's and program's time zone to the local time zone. For example, users in Central Europe had to change Apply timezone compensation when loading tvguide.xml from 1 to 2 when their time zone changed from GMT+1 to GMT+2 during Daylight Savings Time.
This change implements a time zone correction to save users from manually having to set the time zone for DST.
If Apply timezone compensation when loading tvguide.xml is checked, the timezone information inside tvguide.xml will be used. Otherwise it will be ignored and assumed that all times are local times. When this option is checked all times will be converted to UTC and corrected to your local timezone. Provided your xmltv data are conforming to specifications and contains correct information about your timezone, you should check this box and leave the correction to 0 hours.
