Is it also true if you are viewing MP oin the telly? Could you tell us more about that?

Yes, 60 on the telly is all good. I'm watching over S-Video on a 4:3 screen though, I have no idea whether that makes a difference. 
 
I had turned that option down to 10 somehow, the improvement when cranked up to 60 is amazing!
