Plugin to show the UK top 40 singles and albums chart.

Copy the DLL file to Plugins/Windows and the XML file to the appropriate skins folder.

This is my first plugin so I thought I would keep it simple. Please let me know if anyone has any problems/suggestions/improvments for this plugin.
