WatchDog Process Plugin Download

Description:

This little plugin checks if processes that the user can specify are currently running. If it detects running processes it tells MediaPortal's PowerScheduler to not shutdown/hibernate/standby the pc. Useful for long running processes like crunchie, virtualdub, emule, ... When all monitored processes are finished PowerScheduler will shutdown/hibernate/standby the pc. Just copy the dll to your plugins/process directory and use MP's configuration.exe to specify the processes.

Tested against MP 0.2.2.0

Edit: Added a second dll that is compiled against current svn (as of 03/15/2007). Source code is the same for both dlls.

Edit 03/19/2007: New version of both dlls (svn 03/15/2007 and 0.2.2.0). FIXED A BUG THAT DISABLED WAKE UP BY POWERSCHEDULER FOR SCHEDULED RECORDINGS OR ALARMS. PLEASE UPDATE IF YOU INSTALLED A PREVIOUS VERSION!!! Thx Petsa!

from Vasek - Great! Unwanted suspend drives me crazy often and some programs are sometimes crash afterwards. Yet it would be great to disable Powerscheduler when MP loses focus.
