from steveperthau - Great Stuff, invaluable. Thanks Alex. I personally compiled a small exe to compliment this. It essentially is a shortcut to a batchrun script file. The exe replaces the "AVerTV.exe" file, so that when you press the power button on the remote it starts mediaportal and does other automated tasks like changing sound port, starting 2nd screen in catalyst, running cafeine. It also shutsdown the automation when the power button is pressed again. I might have to post it with instructions for all us noobs :)
