Blue3wide Retro

Changed Home screen, used old Mepo's, changed some font sizes and colours, also changed some layouts and the height of the back slide.

Minor change to Home screen, moved menu box slightly, and minor change to scheduling screen.

Updated for use with RC4.  Also fixed the recorded TV, Settings screen.

Updated to work with MediaPortal 1.  Also added a couple of missing Media graphics.

If you have installed an earlier version of the skin, please delete it first and be sure you have deleted the skincachefolder.

Delete the cache folder in;
ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache (Vista)
Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache (Windows XP)

These are hidden folders.
