Updated Version of the skin. Ready for MP 0.2.3.0 RC3 and latest svn(Please use svn!)

Tested with SVN MediaPortal-svn--10-20-2007--10-41-Rev16300.exe

from Bram - I like the idea, but I think you should use a different color background. The blue of the background doesn't fit the blue of the icons. In this case I'd go with another color then any shade of blue.
