SimpleMP-mod Beta 4 Black and Red

For those who have a CRT 4x3 TV like me, and think that the white text on a light blue background color aren't good to read.

This is the same SimpleMP Skin only with images in a different color.

Thanks to mikael, who release the original SimpleMP
