Configuration
- What is my "Database user logon" ? (I see a box "User ID : sa" and a box requiring my Password).
Answer: the default password is : MediaPortal
- How can I change the database password ?
Answer: Uninstall MediaPortal, then reinstall by selecting "Perform an Advanced Installation" instead of "One click installation". After the SQL-Server selection screen, you can enter the password for "sa" user.
- Some configuration menus seem to have disappeared. How can I find them?
Answer: Make sure you are in expert mode (you can switch between standard and expert mode at the top right in MP configuration).
