MediaPortal 0.2.0 Release News

Just wanted to let you know we are going to release MediaPortal 0.2.0 on the 18th of March. Although we initially planned to have a new recording engine in this release and hence the major version change the team ran into some problems and so it has been deferred.
A new recording engine is still on the roadmap however we'll continue to use DVR-MS until futher notice. The primary objectives over the next few weeks will be a Core speed-up, GUI Wizard tidy-up, My Music - push to play & to fix all those nasty bugs you'll help us find between now and then.

Sounds fantastic!!!
Still loving Mediaportal more than any other application period.
Still hunting to find out for sure which type of cards (hardware or software) mine are that I have installed. A ATI All-In-Wonder 2006 and ATI TV Wonder Pro. Been searching the threads Maybe someone can point me there. I'd hate to lose the ability to run Mediaportal in the future because I have one type and not the other :)

Keep up the most excellent work folks. The output from your work still is and probably allways will be lightyears ahead of anyone else.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I think you're doing an _amazing_ job! I really love MediaPortal and I'm anxiously awaiting the release of 0.2.0. Keep up the good work, hope I'll be able to contribute some day. So again, LOVE your work!!! =)

The loss of the new recording engine is a bit sad. Improvements to performance will be much appreciated though.
