Skin Editor

The skin editor has been updated and can be used to create the basis of a skin design. Thanks to Hamheed & JoeDalton.
It is the basis for positioning and overall layout design - xml work is typically still required.

2. Skin Editor for MP 2.3.0?

The link above doesn't work for me. Is this editor still usable with MP 2.3.0?

3. erm...

Unable to download. when clicking on the link, it comes back with error " Fatal error - attempt to access unpublished file by non-admin user"
