SkyStar 2 fixes

As some of you may know the SkyStar 2 code was updated and during that time the support was broken. This should be fixed for most users however you should delete the card_card?.xml files before trying to re-tune and use this.

Hi team,  
 
still trying to get the mediaportal working with : skystar2 (latest driver), athlon 2000, 1GB RAM, OS W2k SP4, video board Abit Siluro GF4 Ti4200. 
Problem : unable to make the program recognize and work with the skystar2, following error message when entering the config mode tab "DVB-S LNB -> "unable to create graph for this device". Skystar recognized as "general H/H encoding card"
