A new setting has been added to avoid MP to start/autostart when using remote desktop session.

Description of Change

When the 'Autostart MePo on Windows Startup' option selected which, in normal use, works as expected.

However, if Remote Desktop is used to the HTPC (using a different user) it starts to load MePo again for that user, to avoid MP to autostart when log into a remote desktop session, it's possible now to set a setting to be enabled/disabled it, like this no need to have to wait for the splash screen to appear and then no need to kill it with task manager.
