Two fields have been added to define custom repeat delay and speed in milliseconds. Leave those fields to -1 to use system defaults.
Repeat delay defines the time user needs to hold down a key before it starts repeating. System default is typically set to 500 ms.
Repeat speed defines the time between each repeat events following the initial one. That will influence the speed at which you are scrolling through a list using your gamepad for instance. System default is typically 33 ms.
Note that repeat rate and speed define here will only apply to some buttons on your gamepads and remotes but not to standard keyboards which will keep on using system defaults. To adjust systems defaults directly please refer to Microsoft online documentation.
