This change integrates the PowerScheduler++ plugin into MediaPortal. The built-in PowerScheduler is replaced by the Powerscheduler++ functionality.

Description of Change

Previously, PowerScheduler was installed during the MediaPortal installation and PowerScheduler++ could be installed as an extension. This change replaces PowerScheduler with PowerScheduler++ as a MediaPortal plugin.

1. Copy/paste the new PowerScheduler What's New page to TV-Server Configuration > Plugins > Power Scheduler and add sub pages.
   1. Transclude that page on Configuration Tools > MediaPortal Configuration > Plugins > Power Scheduler
   2. Add new page for Client Configuration
2. Move any relevant images/attachments to the new pages, especially from Extensions > Plugins > TV-Server Plugins > PowerScheduler++
3. Redirect the Extensions > Plugins > TV-Server Plugins > PowerScheduler++ pages to the new pages
