Wake On Lan feature

The following stings were added:

<String id="1990">Wake Up Server</String>
<String id="1991">Please wait until the server is waking up</String>
<String id="1992">The server is not available.</String>
<String id="1993">Check the network connection or increase the timeout value.</String>
<String id="1994">Wait until the share comes online.</String>
