The plugin allows you to map a key that will close the currently running emulator when pressed. This allows you to map a button on your remote for example to close the emulator.

*1. *Enable the setting from the Options tab, then press the Map button followed by the key that you want to map

Overriding

You can override the global setting per emulator.

Under the Profiles tab of the emulator, select whether you want to enable the key mapping. An indeterminate state will cause the plugin to use the global setting.

Close method

By default the plugin sends a WM_CLOSE message to close the emulator, this is the same message that gets sent when you press Alt-F4. This works fine for the majority of emulators, however some (for example ePSXE) do not close cleanly unless the Esc key is pressed.

You can make the plugin simulate the Esc key being pressed when your mapped key is pressed by enabling the following setting under the Profiles tab.
