Description of Change

Some Subsystems inside MediaPortal were discovered and changed that had not been added to the compatiblity info yet.

Subsystems

Subsystem	Description
MP.Externals.Log4Net	MediaPortal now uses log4net for logging. If you use this library directly, reference this subsystem in your plugin.
MP.Externals.BASS	MediaPortal uses BASS libraries for the Music part. When your plugin uses those directly add a reference to this subsystem.
