 NGINX monitoring

Purpose

There were various problems with EPG searching in previous versions. These problems are documented in[ Mantis 2406|http://mantis.team-mediaportal.com/view.php?id=2406] and implemented in SVN 23849. The code changes require some changes to skin files.

Description of change

I (elliottmc) am not a skinner, so rather than document the changes themselves, I would refer you to the Blue3(wide) skin files to see what has changed. Sorry this is brief, and if someone else who has the knowledge wishes to expand this, please do!
