TV notification system was enhanced so that the user can choose to start the program from notification.

Description of Change

Notification dialog was changed from simple notify dialog with logo to Yes/No dialog with logo. This required few changes in architecture: TimeOut property was added in GUIDialogYesNo and new dialog TVNotifyYesNoDialog was added with image control (id 12) for image (logo).

New dialog skin file (dialogTVNotifyYesNo.xml) was added as a skin file for TVNotifyYesNoDialog. Blue3/Blue3wide skins were already updated to support the change.

Dialog is simple copy of existing Yes/No dialog (dialogYesNo.xml), with added logo image (id 12). Original location of existing Yes/No dialog is probably too intrusive so skinners might wanna put this new dialog in a different place (edge of the screen for example).
