Overview

How to improve the quality of graphics in MediaPortal and aMPed.

Introduction

aMPed has become a very graphic oriented skin. Posters, covers, photos, logos and other images are much larger than previously, thus the quality of images is even more important

Increase Thumbnail Quality

Your overall visual experience using aMPed in MediaPortal will be enhanced by increasing the resolution of your thumbnail images.

You can do this in MediaPortal Configuration > General > Thumbnails

Make sure to clear/delete the cache on the Thumbnails Config Screen for your photos, music and TV thumbs to implement the higher resolution.
