Default shortcuts for accessing screens

The entries starting with "S:" mean so call "Special keys", which are named actions that can be i.e. mapped to remote control for direct access of features.
All letters are mapped as capitalized (big "H") to avoid navigation issues (i.e. in media list you can navigate to first entry by letters, little "h").
