A terrific skin that really works and is easy to navigate. The right amount of fan art and a very clean UI makes this a great choice for any HTPC.

Very nicely done! I have been looking at a lot of skins and this one scores well on about everything I want: nice graphics and effects (I really like the iFX integration with fanart!) but not to overloaded, everything reacts swift and fast and every view and filter I need (series and movies mostly) are fast and very nicely done.

I was actually a windows media center fan because of its sleeky and easy to use interface but I found out that it has too many hiccups to make it comfortable for me such as lack of HD channels and audio selector when playing media files, to mention a few. Then I found mediaportal and was skeptical because it was for me a bit too difficult and time consuming to configure. But I change my decision some few weeks ago to change over to mediaportal. There were a lot of problems getting things to work though, but one of my major problems was getting the right skin. I decided to install Maya yesterday and was very satisfied with the result and the configurable menu structure. Though it is still imperfect, but I strongly believe that I have made the right choice and hope that it gets even much better in feature releases. I will try also to contribute to this skin. Keep up the good work!

I'm very glad that Maya has now seen a mature release. I liked the design a lot already a few months ago, but then it just didn't work yet.

Now it works, it's very clean and slick and I'm addicted ;-)

Schlicht und schön, so lässt sich Maya am besten beschreiben. Für mich im Moment der am besten strukturierte Skin, nicht zu überladen wie manch Andere.
