Functionality for creating reminders for upcoming TV programs has been moved from Program Info screen (mytvprogram.xml) to context menu in EPG guide

Description of Change

Currently we have a control in mytvprogram.xml to set a program reminder however this screen shows multiple programs and it not clear as to which program a reminder will be set for.   Therefore this has been removed and replaced with an option in the context menu of the EPG.

Skin files should remove the togglebutton control with ID 5.
