Question

Can I access red button services in MediaPortal?

Background

Red button (interactive) services are transmitted by all providers in the UK.  All use the MHEG5 standard.

Answer

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to have red button functionality within MediaPortal.

It is however generally possible to access content transmitted by the red button.   Many red button feeds will appear as separate channels inside on MediaPortal and therefore it is possible to tune to them directly.   It is not however possible to access digital teletext or game functionality.
