Description of Change

Plugin code has changed (renaming of GUIFacadeContro.ViewMode to GUIFacadeControl.Layout) to be consistent with the UI where 'Views' are database views, while different facades are 'Layouts'.  In the past, this resulted in some confusion, even in Configuration settings which used 'Views' when referring to Layouts.

The primary change affects plugins:  see WindowPluginBase Class and Rename ViewMode to Layout in GUIFacadeControl as well as skins: Common Control IDs.

In the GUI, all 'ViewAs:' buttons are now called 'Layout:" and the 'Views' buttons are named 'Switch View'
