You can also configure these settings using the MediaPortal Configuration Tool, see Configuration >[ Pictures|Pictures].

Select Pictures from the main Settings menu in MediaPortal to view the Picture Settings menu:

• Slideshow Settings - select or change slideshow effects, transitions and rotations.
• Picture Folder Settings - select which folders contain the pictures you wish to display in MediaPortal.
• Picture Database Settings - scan your picture folders and add your pictures to your pictures database to improve performance and enable sorting by date.
• Picture File Extensions - select or change which files you want MediaPortal to display in the pictures folders based on the file extensions.
