Overview

The movie importer parses the movie file name to recognize the movie, adds it to the database and then downloads associated information (summary, Fanart, actors and characters, director and much more). Each import consists of two passes.

Language

All movie information will be downloaded in the language as per the definitions made for the Media library under Language settings

Online sources, content and filters

The setup of online sources, content to be downloaded and filters to populate is described in the general Importer settings section.
