Radio EPG Guide for DVB

Today we released the first version of the radio EPG

Whats a radio epg?

Some DVB radio stations transmit an epg just like the tvguide. It tells you which radio shows will be broadcasted to gether with things like description and genres.

Latest version of Mediaportal grabs the radio EPG right from the DVB stream using the integrated auto-epg-grabber. To view the EPG just goto My Radio and click the Guide button...

Note: not all digital radio stations transmit an EPG

Note 2: Offcourse the epg grabber should first grab the EPG before you can actually see anything. The epg grabber runs automaticly when you start MP, but it will only grab the epg when needed. You can force an update by starting configuration.exe

goto tv->program guide and select the 'Remove all programs' button

This will empty the tv/radio guides and force the epg to re-grab the program information for tv/radio
