Unable to Install

While the author has a ton of documentation for the configuration of his plugin (link in a readme.txt file) the instructions to install the plugin are very poor. There is not an installer, all installation is done by manually copying files to three different directories. At this point, attempting to configure the plugin via MP Configuration results in an exception: "Failed to locate assembly NLog". There was no NLog assembly included in the zip file.
